The process was well-designed and the interview process leaves candidate feeling respected, informed and motivated even if they aren’t selected, often reflects not just the hiring process but the organisations culture, communication style and respect for talent. Overall, it was little bit challenging but on the other hand there were many things to learn from recruiter as well.
