The interview process was fairly smooth and easy. Phone screening, phone interview, in-person three round interview. Each interview of the three round interview was 30 minutes with one interviewer. Follow ups from the interview were quick.

How do I manage prioritizing scope without deterring from the project timeline?
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
