The recruitment process felt genuinely well thought out compared to other firms I interviewed with. The initial video interview involved four experience-based questions and one case study style question which gave a real taste of what the role involves. From there, the in-person assessment centre was intense but energising. You are in a group of up to nine candidates with senior consultants observing throughout, working through a real FS case study and an individual task. Really great interview. Nice and friendly interviewers. Conducted through online with multiple rounds with HR, Hiring Manager, and MP. Gets progressed quickly and hears feedback from them if you pass the rounds
