I went through four rounds of interviews for a Software Developer position at Capco. While I was initially optimistic, the overall process felt disorganized and unprofessional. After investing significant time preparing and interviewing, I was completely ghosted, no follow-up or feedback from the recruiter, which unfortunately seems to be a recurring theme based on other reviews here. Additionally, the compensation offered (around $57K) is far below industry standards for this role, especially when compared to companies with more efficient interview processes and stronger compensation packages. There is no need for a 4 to 5 round interview process for a company like this. It’s disheartening to be treated this way as a candidate. If you’re looking for a company that respects your time and values transparency, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a 10 min HR interview with a recruiter that went well. Since I am on OPT, they did say they can only offer contractor positions and that they would need to see further into the job for anything else. Then there was a technical round on glider. There will be 2 more rounds.
