Overall positive. I enjoyed each of the stages and found the interviews/conversations/selection events reasonable and not too pressured.
Main negative is that the process was very drawn out (5-6 stages and lasted a number of months). Sometimes had to press for a response or feedback.

One stage required building a business case presentation in a very short amount of time (20 mins or so) but this was the only really technical interview.
