The interview was three stages after an initial chat with the recruitment team.
An initial interview, followed by a case study then a final interview with a senior manager/partner.
These were all managed in a very slick process and took less than a week to complete.

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
