Had 2 bizarre interviews with HR and one with actual hiring manager. It’s going on 4 weeks and I have been ghosted by HR on their decision. Reached out once and was told to wait. While going through interviews the offered salary was lowered twice. The position ended up to be a Specialist title but asking for 10 years of comprehensive marketing experience. To say I am confused is an understatement. Today I got an email from a no-reply nameless HR saying that the position is on hold.
