I had a screening and a virtual interview. Screening was short with some behavioral questions; have research done on the management consulting industry, company, and ATP program.
The interview was fairly standard and seemed as if it would be done after 20 minutes until I was asked a brainteaser after I had finished asking the interviewer questions. It was somewhat unexpected. Capco wants to see how you think, but I am personally not a fan of these brainteasers. I believe case questions concerning the business field would be more appropriate here.
Had I moved on, the next stage would have been a 70-minute group interview involving a case question and presentation.
Really smooth and well-organised process. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made it feel much less daunting than expected. The stages were clearly communicated and the team were great at keeping me informed throughout. Came away feeling really positive about the culture.
Very efficient process, took around 1 month and 3 weeks to go through CV - group case - individual interview - offer.
Group case is not standard consulting case interview, more close to "given a clear situation, bring out the best solution through teamwork".
Individual interview is quite straightforward comptency/fit questions. Why capco, why you, walk me through you CV etc.
Video interview consisted of straight forward questions: Introduce yourself, Why consulting, how your experience is beneficial for the job etc however then there was 10 seconds to prepare for final question with no chance to rerecord.
