Nearly all of the people I spoke with were recent hires from the Bearing Point consulting practice. I would expect that the corporate culture and practices are going to change at Capco as the influx of a large number of people, particularly in leadership positions, begins to affect their direction and tone. It would probably be smart to look at the reviews for Bearing Point to get a feel for where Capco is going.
