applied online, answered three questions why capco, why financial services, what attracts you to the field of consulting? then after two weeks i received an email to undertake a video interview that i had to answer 4 questions 1minute for each.

describe a project that you failed and how did you reacted, gut decisions in financial services what was my opinion about them
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

What factors were taken into consideration when analysing the pros and cons of this case study?

Round 2- Technical
Round 3- Hiring Manager
Round 4- HR
The process was easy not too tough but as a fresher you should know the DSA basics.
Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
