I was reached out by a recruitment agency and was shared a job description for Test Analyst profile. A week later I was reached out by company HR, and my interview was scheduled for next week. In the interview invite mail, a different job description was shared. Then I had a word with HR and told her that the newly shared job profile is not relevant for me and to confirm whether its the correct one or not? I followed up for a couple of times but there was no apt response, clarifying which job description is correct. Later on hr called and said, that I have to confirm with the interviewer about which job profile is correct, hr has no idea about that. Later on the interviewer confirmed that job profile shared by company hr was incorrect and job shared by recruitment agency was the correct one. Then the interview took place, it was one of the best interviews that I have given in financial firm. It was more like a discussion rather than straight away QnA. Although camera of interviewer remain turned off during the entire conversation. Interviewer was very polite and was even guiding me , when I was having high time in QnA. After the interview, panelist even said, that he was quite amazed with my responses and told me to keep my hopes high, But I never heard back. I sent couple of follow-up mails to the HR but she never responded. around 10 days later, I received interview feedback mail, their I expressed my views and mentioned the unresponsive behavior of HR. but its been around 3 weeks, I have not heard from Capco, neither I have received any rejection mail. It was for a client role at HSBC bank , Gurgaon.
