Entrevista
I applied online. I was contacted one week later by HR (short telephonic interview). He asked a few generic questions about forecasting and went through my resume. I was interviewed by two managers at the Toronto office the following week. The interview lasted for one hour. One of the managers was really warm and friendly. While the other one (the hiring manager) was very rude. He started yawning the moment I started speaking and he seemed disinterested throughout the interview, rarely making eye contact. He made the entire process very uncomfortable and made me feel like he didn't want to interview me in the first place.
Received a phone call screening from HR, asking about the resume and basic information in my previous work experience.
I was recently relocated to Toronto and they seem to miss the point that I do not have local experience so I did not get into the second round.
Two interviews, one call, one in person with 6 different managers virtually. Asked questions regarding forecasting and situational about how I would forecast a certain product if it went on sale
