I completed a written exam that took approximately 1 hour. The next step was a virtual interview, which was quite formal and structured. I like that they included two current staff members in the position as part of the interview committee. Many questions were asked in French which was challenging, the position was bilingual, which was made clear to be an essential skill for the role. I did not get a job offer but also never received a notice that I was not selected.
