Entrevista
Got the initial contact requesting a phone screening with an HR rep. That went fine and easy as it was mostly just the basic screening questions. Got pushed forward to have an interview with one of the IT directors of the company over a web call.
That interview went great; was answering all questions given just fine. Barely any technical questions, just more “industry knowledge” type of questions (i.e. do you know shell commands, APIs, etc). At the end, the director even claimed they thought I’d be a great fit and mentioned they’d be moving me forward.
However, a week goes by and nothing from the company. I decide to wait just 2 more days before checking in. By the next day, I received an email claiming I’m no longer being considered. Seems strange given the fact that I was told I seemed like an excellent fit and would be moved forward?? I understand if the company found a better candidate, but to have decided without having me go through the ACTUAL technical interview seems a bit unfair. Oh well, just be careful with this company even if it seems like your interview is going well.
Technical and behavior questions. Mostly about EE fundamentals and logic questions. Not stressful at all. I would like to say that this company made it pretty seamless. Interviewed and got the offer maybe 2 weeks after.

Had three rounds of the interview asking about previous experiences, analytical and logical questions, solving real-time problems. Interview process was smooth, seemed like the interview went well. However no reply to follow-up emails. Completely ghosted by the company, did not expect this level of unprofessionalism.
