- Initial interview by conducted by HR head over the phone
- This was followed by phone interview and then personal interview by department Director (Supervisor)
- Once interview with director was successful then personal interviews with below executives were scheduled on a single day one hour each:
- VP IT,
- VP Operations and
- CFO.

Interview by Director: Questions on past experience in ERP application implementation and mapping of the application to business structures specifically on creation of shared services.
