They do not know how to respect their potential employees. The application process required you add a few dates and times that work best to reach you and they called when it was convenient for them (not using the requested date and times I put in). The interview was relatively casual. But they suggested you reach them back the next day to let them know if you're interested in continuing with the position. They then "tests" you without hiring you by putting you to work. The whole experience was incredibly shady for the easiest type of work. What didn't make sense is their "tests" puts you to work as an Office Cleaner, during office hours where the state of cleanliness can get dirty even after you're done with the shift. And then they offers me an I-9 which seemed as though I got the job, but then I get a notification via email that it didn't work out.
