I applied online and was contacted for an easy over-the-phone interview by someone at a call center. After about 5 minutes, I was hired. I am well spoken but I had no experience and the general nature of the questions gave me the impression that they hired nearly anyone. To me, this indicated a high employee turnover rate, which did indeed turn out to be the case.

Friendly, asked my experience, and interviewer was very layed back. The regular interview questions were asked. Interview was over the phone and took maybe 10 minutes and got offered a position after the interview was over.
