The interview process was very straight forward.I was made comfortable and at ease. The questions were though but fair. It was a 2 round process and the Recruiter was very friendly.

One virtual, followed by an in person, parts of contractual obligation not mentioned in interview but after, be sure to come prepared and negotiate your position.
CMS will work with interviewees to manage expectations and flexibility, however are less flexible once an agreement has been made.
