I recently had a first-round interview for a Business Analyst position at CIBC, which was conducted by two business analysts from the team. The interview began with some resume screening, where they asked about my previous work experience and education. There were no behavioural questions, focusing instead on my career goals and simple technical questions related to the field. Overall, it was a quite standard interview process.
