Entrevista
A friend referred me and was called for an interview. There were two interviewers, one was the hiring manager and the other one was a branch manager. The hiring manager was a little dominant and it seemed like he had already made his mind about who he wanted to hire as I was the last candidate to be interviewed that day. His mannerism told me that the interview was a mere formality.

Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
