My interview was scheduled at 10 AM, but they called the 1st guy for interview at 12.30 PM. It was really frustrating to wait for so long. Nevertheless, it was a walk-in, so I had expected this.
Finally, I was called for the interview.
They were two guys who took my interview for Drupal position. The interviewers were novices in Drupal and also did not know how to take an interview. They had mugged up a set of Drupal questions and were in a real hurry to spit the questions out even before I could answer one.
Interviewer1 was asking questions at a Roadrunner's speed and was not even giving attention to what I was speaking. You can get the questions by just googling "Drupal interview questions" and the first result of the search was their question list. Meanwhile, Interviewer2 was so nervous and kept freaking me out and kept staring at his laptop.
After firing questions at a speed of 10 questions/minute for 2 mins, the interview came to an end. But hold on, the interviewer2 still had to ask a question. His one and only question was the exact question which interviewer1 had asked.
Verdict : Did not clear.
P.S : I do not blame the interviewers as they were inexperienced and will learn with time. But It is the company who is at fault for asking them to take interviews.
