Two rounds of interviews one with HR over the phone and one through Zoom with director. Asked technical questions based on resume as well as behavioural questions. Overall pretty easy.

20-30min HR Screening via MS Team Then assessment day where you are put into a group and do presentations & give solutuions. HR told you this is not meant be a competition but rather team work. But from the result of it, they will move with only few/one candidate among a group. The fact that they hold an interview in this competition / teamwork manner instead of solving technical problems makes me feel very worried about working there as a developer so I decided to withdraw.
