The recruiters were engaged and kept me up to date throughout the process. The interview questions were job related and did ask open-ended financial scenarios. The timelines to hear back and receive follow up were satisfactory. Lots of communication over text which was aok for me when I couldn't take calls or they were after hours.

I recently had an interview for a senior financial analyst role, which was a positive experience. The interviewers focused heavily on my knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) statements and basic accounting principles. It became clear that they have a strong preference for candidates with an accounting background or a solid understanding of accounting concepts.
