Approached by authorised recruiter. Initial interview was very relaxed. There were other candidates being interviewed which all took some time. They were honest about some of my skill set not being perfect and they offered someone else the job but they declined in the end. I was then put forward to a 2nd interview which was much more formal.I couldn't "read" how it went at all, not compared to the first one.
