The interview process for CGI is very straight forward. The HR rep will contact you by phone, for a quick interview. Then if first impressions are good, you will be invited to one of the CGI offices for a face to face interview with the Manager of the department you applied to, and the HR rep. - CGI dress code is quite important here, it is cultural. Dress up, tie-ready at a minimum (Full suit for extra points). - Questions will revolve around past experiences, what is your impression of CGI, what are your expectations. - A written exam on your technical skills is usually also required, and done in the first interview.
