Step 1: Invitation to a 1 hour informal meet and greet with Possible Hiring Manager, was very hospitable. Got to know each other and bit of company structure and businesses that they operate.
Step 2: Invitation to proper interview, which lasted 3-4 hours: One Technical Round, One General Round with the Vice President, One HR round with possible hiring manager.
Right after the interview sessions, was given a offer (contract) and Hiring Manager addressed all benefits and compensations.
Generally induction days are first working day of the month.

I attended through campus recruitment. The process started with an aptitude round, followed by a group discussion. After that, there was a technical interview focused on system design concepts and project-related questions. The final round was HR, covering basic behavioral questions and overall fit.

They asked me to explain my project end-to-end, including the system design, database design, technologies used, challenges faced, and my specific contribution to the project.
Moderate level interview and asked basic java and react questions and some coding questions on both tech stack.It was three rounds of interview 2 technical and 1 managerial round.Interview went smoothly and joined the company with in a week.They mostly prefer immediate joiners.
