Entrevista
After a very brief talk on the phone I was invited to an assessment centre at one of their offices in leatherhead.
This comprised of:
* A group assessment
* A written assessment
* An interview with a senior member of staff
In the group assessment we had to present a product to a board of "directors" explaining the technology as simply as possible as they did not come from an engineering field. We had to give examples on how this would make an impact on the area we were creating the product for and how it will work.
In the written assessment we had to write a letter to a client with a piece of new technology and explain what the technology is and how it would benefit them. We had the information from a piece of paper given.
The interview was very casual and very nice to the point I felt like it was so casual I must not get offered the role.

Application then interview and Assessment Centre. Assessment centre and interview are on the same day with 7-8 other people in the same group. Standard interview questions asked. Same with assessment centre

First stage was a screening call, talking about CV and experience. Second stage was an online assessment centre which was split in 2 parts. First part was a 30 minutes behavioural interview, second was a group exercise.

Application submitted, called a week later by early careers to invite me to assessment centre. Assessment centre was essentially an interview and group exercise, with great talks about company etc.
