The Assessmet Centre lasted from 9am-2pm. Day started with an introduction, then there was the group exercise, and then we we either did the interview or written exercise in turns depending on the number of people in the group.

Application then interview and Assessment Centre. Assessment centre and interview are on the same day with 7-8 other people in the same group. Standard interview questions asked. Same with assessment centre

First stage was a screening call, talking about CV and experience. Second stage was an online assessment centre which was split in 2 parts. First part was a 30 minutes behavioural interview, second was a group exercise.

Entrevista
Application submitted, called a week later by early careers to invite me to assessment centre. Assessment centre was essentially an interview and group exercise, with great talks about company etc.
