Was contacted on phone by a hiring manager first asking about my interest in the position and brief walk through my resume.
Then interview with two other members on phone (one immediate manager and other director)... Interview was more on what technology I was better at... previous experience... team work skills... ended with what my expectation where...etc
Third call... Salary negotiation and offer letter emailed

It’s was 2 interviews that were conducted over a few days. First interview is a phone interview and the second was a video/ virtual one. Tea was the first person
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
