Interviewing process was average. It was a panel of 3 people from the team that I would be working with - the manager and two teammates. I spoke about my work experience on my resume in greater detail. I was asked my biggest accomplishment. A brief description was provided about what the project was about. No technical questions. The people I interviewed with left the company the first day of my employment.
It’s was 2 interviews that were conducted over a few days. First interview is a phone interview and the second was a video/ virtual one. Tea was the first person
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
