It was pretty laid-back. We briefly talked about life in general, my resume in reference to the position, discussed management styles, and even toured the facility. Everyone was really cool and nice, and I thought everything went really well. I just wish the recruiter had the courtesy and decency to contact me to notify me of my interview status. She failed miserably in returning my call or emails. I'm glad to have found other employment since they acted quickly and didn't drag their feet.
