Very welcoming and authentic feeling. More levels of interviews than I had for previous employers but worth it to fully understand the role and the company. Interview styles were all very informal which I appreciated - took more time explaining the company culture and roll vs my previous experience (which they knew by reading my resume in advance of the interview)
