First interview is an online one-way interview. You answer simple interview questions in a video format. Then you will have a phone call with a recruiter who will ask more questions as well as explain details of the position to you. Then there is a final interview day, where you and a group of other candidates participate in some activities and finally you give a short elevator pitch about yourself to a small panel of managers.
