Entrevista
I went through three interviews. The first was with a Senior PM and an APM, the second was with a Program Manager and Senior PM, and the third was with the top guy in their PMO. Each interview was fairly laid back and conversational, and I was able to ask a lot of questions to get a good understanding of the company culture, the expectations of the role and the future of the PMO.

Started off with an email from the recruiter and we scheduled a phone screening shortly thereafter. Scheduled first interview on that call. First interview with a lead for the PMO was about a half hour. After than, I received a follow up email a few days later scheduling the second interview. Second interview was with two managers and lasted about an hour. Received another email a few days later to set up the third interview. Third interview was around 20 minutes. And again, I received another email to set up the fourth interview with two more managers. Fourth and final interview led to a call from the recruiter with a verbal offer and a written offer was sent after I gave my verbal acceptance.

Applied online through company website. Several months later the HR coordinator contacted me for a telephone interview. The interview felt transactional and I sensed the coordinator was not really interested in getting to know me. She seemed a bit inexperienced and couldn't answer some of my questions about the role. There was also some confusion regarding the status of the role, whether it was full-time permanence or co-op. The posted I applied for advertised a full-time position but the coordinator was mentioning co-op.
Lastly, the coordinator told me she would follow-up with me regardless of the outcome but I never heard back.
