I submitted my app for the position. 30 min prescreen from the recruiter up front about salary, experience, very friendly. Had interview with the person who would me by direct supervisor one hour asked questions in the "explain to me at time when XXXXX happened and you had to ....." Situation type questions. Lasted one hour went over the job and my excel test. Had a 2nd interview with one of the Sales managers and went over the expectation for the position from the sales manager needs and then asked tell me a time type questions as well. Lasted an hour told me at this point they were down to me and another candidate and would let me know the outcome by a certain date. Recruiter called me back with 5 days with an offer. Going great so far. From 1st call to offer was about 2 weeks. From app submission to offer 2.5 months.
