They sent me an email asking me to participate in a telephone interview a few weeks after sending in my resume. After the telephone interview I had a physical interview with the area lead a couple of weeks later. I was passed over on that offer but another opening became available a few towns over and they offered me to commute to that site.

It was a very easy interview and all done virtually. The site lead manager and two other members were on the video call. The interview consisted of typical interview questions.
