2 Step process. Had the coffee catch-up after been contacted via LinkedIn by the internal recruiter. Byte doesn't use recruitment agencies. After a successful chat I was then invited back for a formal interview which involved a technical test with an SME and and HR and behavioral questions with the hiring manager.
