Overall, poor communication between HR and hiring managers. Very misleading. They don't have any respect for the applicants time. The entire process took about 3 weeks. Before the interviews, I had to complete behavioral and psychological questionnaire. Afterwards, had a screening call with HR, followed by in person interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team where I was told more about the position. Office tour and description of perks provided. A week later I was invited to a second interview (so I thought). When I arrived (excited and armed with my portfolio) for what I thought would be a second interview for the position I applied for, I found myself in an interview for a completely different role which HR did not bother to communicate to me.
