I first spoke with Richard, the recruiter, who provided a great overview of the role and company culture — which is what initially drew me to Bullhorn. Next, I met with the hiring manager, who asked thoughtful, product-focused questions that led to a genuine discussion about experience, problem-solving, and collaboration. The final conversation was with the Senior VP of Product, which was both insightful and inspiring — she asked strategic questions and shared meaningful perspectives on Bullhorn’s product vision and leadership philosophy. I was pre-screened by HR and then scheduled for multiple interviews with several management levels and a peer all via zoom, no face-to-face meetings were held but they did mention they could have me complete some of them in person.
