It was one of those interviews you leave saying, "I want to give that sort of impression as an interviewer one day". The team meant business and wanted me to show who I really was authentically. My thoughts and understanding of the job at hand was thoroughly explored. It was challenging, exciting, cerebral, intellectual, while being warm and friendly at the same time. I was tested and when I was welcomed with open arms, it was surprising!
