I would say this was a Standard Interview, Interview process was fair, standard questions regarding accounting and finance experience, the individuals who conducted the interview were quite nice and personable and good to deal with.

They contacted me via LinkedIn. Then an HR representative called me for an half an hour interview from Italy. They never gave me any feedback following the phone interview. Then I found out they have contacted almost everyone in finance departmant in my current company for the same position even the ones not having experience in controlling nor having language proficiency.

Interview with manager and person who was leaving. They just went through my CV and made a competency based interview. They also looked if I was fit to the culture of the company.
