A recruiter reached out for a phone screen a few days after I applied online. I then had a zoom interview with someone else in the company, followed by a 2 hour in office interview with multiple people from the office. Before every interview, my original recruiter would call me to prep which was great. Everyone was super personable and thorough during the entire process. Most questions are behavioral to learn about your personality. I liked them a lot because I felt respected which was different from a lot of other recruiting agencies. They asked me if I was in the final stages anywhere else, I said yes, and they called me that afternoon to offer me the job.
