Started with a call with the recruiter. Followed by a brief call with a manager to discuss the role and the company. Then was sent an SQL assessment to complete on my own time. There was no communication from their side for 2 months before declining my application providing generic feedback that wasn't pertinent to the skills tested. (While saying I did well on the skills that were on the assessment).

A few interviews, some technical some not. Started with the recruiter before moving onto to team members. Nothing too difficult and all quite appropriate to the job and the level. Generally seems like a good place to work and i was excited about it. Was fairly pleasant throughout until they ghosted me.
