Was a conference call panel interview. I was asked questions from heads of several divisions, including Custom Dev, Contracting, and Advertising. The interview was slightly awkward due to it being by conference call.

There was a casual conversation around tech, personality, and culture. Unfortunately this casual process has resulted in a lot of bad hires. To be fair though, interview processes are difficult to refine.
