There were 2 rounds of interview. First round was Java and Spring basic questions. Those who qualify for 1st round were supposed to go for machine round. In the machine round a small application was to be developed along with Hibernate configurations. They expect you to create all the configurations within one day including hibernate configs starting form downloading the hibernate tools. It took me 7 hours to do so, and they do not consider you if u r unable to run your application. The code and coding standards are not important.
