The interview process consisted of four rounds: An initial recruiter screening, a conversation with the hiring manager, 2 panel interview with team and cross functional team members , and a concluding interview with the director.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen, followed by a 45min interview with 3 employees describing the role and asking specific questions to the job. The interview went very well and they noted that they would make a decision within 48 hours and I could expect to hear back by then. If I didn’t, they invited me to reach out personally.
48 hours passed and I had no response or feedback - so I sent a follow up email. To this I got a response saying it would be about 1-2 more days and things looked good!
From there communication went dead and they never confirmed more rejected me for the role. I emailed asking for feedback at least and was met with no response to this either.
