The interview process was relatively simple, mostly was a personality interview. I Interviewed with the hiring manager and talked about my background and what my future would look like at the company. This interview lasted about 30-35 minutes and I felt pretty good about it afterwards. After the interview, 4 weeks later I have still not heard anything about my interview process and was basically ghosted. Even on my Booz Allen portal "Interview" is still listed as my status in the process. Very frustrating that even recruiters at big companies such as this one are still ghosting candidates.
