The interview process was incredibly quick. There is one round with a recruiter and then one 30 minute interview with the internal UX team. The recruiter that I spoke with did not know which role I was there to discuss with him, nor did he know much about the role. And unfortunately I did not hear a peep after the internal team interview. I learned a month later, through the internal portal that I was not selected for the role. I do wish that my experience was better with the recruiters.

Unorganized, unprofessional, if you aren't Internal don't waste your time. I interviewed once and was told they went with an internal candidate. The recruiter asked me to come back to interview for a second opening on the team. They cancelled my interview the day before saying they, again, went with an internal hire. I have never in my life had a company ask me to come back to interview for a role again only to have them go with an internal candidate. The recruiter also knew I had another opportunity that had given me an offer and had asked me to put them off for a week to interview with Booz Allen again. Their scheduler was all over the place too. Two internal candidates had monday interviews but I, the outside candidate was left with wednesday or thursday to interview. No wonder they were hired before I could even interview. Would strongly recommend people avoid this company unless you are internal because it's clear they are prioritized and I was just there to prove to the government they interviewed outside candidates too.
