Applied online and received a phone interview two weeks later, followed by an interview with the hiring team. I wasn't selected but they recommended me for an interview with another team, which I did the following day. Received an offer the next day. The whole interview process took a week.

What skills do you have that would be useful for this role?
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
