There was one college campus interview, which could probably be easily replaced with a phone interview. And then there was an on-site interview at the headquarters in McLean, VA. I remember onsite-interviewing with 3 people for about 10 minutes, kind of like speed dating. A few weeks later they e-mailed me an offer letter.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
